Student & Classroom Support
I assist teachers, support students academically and emotionally, and help maintain classrooms where expectations are clear and students feel safe to learn.

I enjoy turning messy realities into clearer structures: better routines in classrooms, more humane policies in workplaces, and reflective writing that doesn’t sugarcoat the hard parts.
A path that moves between school hallways, busy warehouses, and late-night readings on justice, policy, and human behavior. I am Guyanese and have experience in working with a variety of cultures.
Over the past few years, I’ve balanced work in education, human relations, and operations while completing my degree. That mix has shaped how I show up: organized, reflective, and always focused on people first.
In schools, I support students and teachers by keeping classrooms running smoothly, building strong relationships, and advocating for those who need a bit more help to feel seen and successful. In organizational settings, I pay attention to process and fairness—how policies actually affect people day to day.
I’m especially interested in equity in education, ethical HR practices, and the ways culture, gender, and identity shape our everyday experiences at work and in school.
I am a civic advocate committed to challenging corruption and demanding transparency in local governance in Guyana. Through my published letters, I’ve spoken out on issues like unsafe water, NDC mismanagement, and protecting public funds from political abuse. Even from the diaspora, I continue to raise my voice on national policy, equity, and accountability. My work reflects a bold commitment to honest leadership and justice for everyday Guyanese.
The roles I play inside classrooms, organizations, and my own writing.
I assist teachers, support students academically and emotionally, and help maintain classrooms where expectations are clear and students feel safe to learn.
I think carefully about fairness, policy, and the impact decisions have on people. I’m drawn to work that connects HR, justice, and real-world experience.
I like taking messy situations—logistics, miscommunication, unclear roles—and breaking them into clear steps, systems, and solutions.
I’m always studying: criminal justice, employment law, education, motivation, and inclusive teaching practices that actually work in real classrooms.
